Ennerdale Water

Ennerdale Water, used as a reservoir, is the most westerly & most remote of the lakes so if you want to get away from everything....but beware it has no road alongside it!

It is ringed by crags of Haycock, Steeple and Pillar.Lots of forestry plantations.
